Soap & Glory Lid Stuff Eyeshadow Palette Review 'Whats Nude'

When a brand is offering 3 for 2 I find it extremely hard to resist, Soap & Glory seems to be a brand offering 3 for 2 on a pretty regular basis, the majority of their products are around £10.00 so being able to get 3 things for the price of 2 is a huge bonus. I've been really enjoying the brand recently and one of their beautiful eyeshadow quads has quickly become my favourite palette for daily use.

I actually love the packaging of this little palette, its so classy and unique to anything else on the market, Soap & Glory always seem to wow me with their packaging! Each shadow is a pretty decent size and is neatly cased in the cute plastic packaging.

Lid Stuff is available in 3 shades, I have the shade 'Whats Nude' which reminds me a lot of a MAC palette for some reason, it just looks so similar and the shades are so pretty. The palette contains 4 beautiful neutral eyeshadows that are all so super wearable and you can create the most beautiful eye looks just using these 4 shades. With just one shimmer shade and the rest matte it's a pretty decent palette for just £10.00, it can be very difficult to find good quality matte shadows for such a reasonable price.

The shades in this palette are a super bright matte white, gorgeous creamy light nude shade (reminds me a lot of MAC's Painterly Paint Pot), a beautiful dark brown which works perfect as an eyebrow shade too, last but not least is the gorgeous shimmer which also reminds me of Satin Taupe by MAC.

These eyeshadows claim to last a good eight hours on the lid which is a pretty big claim and is super impressive as I think they really do last, I haven't experienced any creasing when wearing these shades and the colours look just as beautiful after a few hours wear. The texture is really quite lovely, each one is so creamy and blends into the lid so well leaving a completely flawless finish. My absolute favourite shade hands down has to be the second shade, the gorgeous nude shade compliments my skin tone so well and it makes the perfect everyday go to shade for a bit of colour.

Whats your favourite product from Soap & Glory?

  17. Am really into soap and glory body products but as a make-up brand I haven't really tried. I've recently found myself with £100 worth of boots vouchers *lucky me* and there is 3 for 2 across all drugstore make-up products this weekend... lets just say that this quad might be in my hands pretty soon!
